capacities, commercial organize events within a hotel in order to become a Manager

2. Head Concierge
His main mission is to watch the good progress of the
stay of the customers and to satisfy all their requests, even the most
original.
For that purpose, he coordinates the work of the
reception team and the hall (valet, doorman, baggage handler, bellboy, he is in
permanent contact with all the services of the hotel, and he manages the
relations with external service providers (car rental company, travel agencies,
reservation of entertainments). He also memorizes all the habits and the
preferences of the customers to satisfy them at best during next stays.
